Here's how the Zoey 102 movie is gonna go. I would literally bet money on this.

Quinn and Logan are super rich and successful/possibly famous in some way. Because, I mean, his money? Her brains? They were bound to be! Anyway, because of this Logan proposes to Quinn publicly and they're expected to have this over the top wedding (complete with multiple events, statues that get destroyed by Zoey's "boyfriend" with that car, and headsets for some reason?).

So Quinn asks Zoey to be her maid of honor and Zoey accepts, but she's worried about all of the events because Chase will be there. To prepare for this, she hires an actor to play her boyfriend. Chase is also nervous, so he also hires someone to play his girlfriend. Because duh! If Zoey's nervous, then Chase must be crawling out of his skin!

Anyway, everyone from PCA gets together and has a good time. They remember old days and what not. Stacy and Mark are together for some reason. (Guess they hooked up at Prom after he hit her with Michael's car?) In doing all of this, Quinn starts to realize that she misses being this way. She wants to be more down to earth, less lavish. And of course she will wait until the day of her wedding to do anything about it!

This also gives Chase and Zoey plenty of time to exchange longing looks.

So we get to the wedding. It's ass. Quinn leaves, not because she doesn't love Logan, but because she doesn't like the theatrics. I don't think Zoey and Chase will decide to use the venue for themselves Mamma Mia style (maybe Mark and Stacy will bc fuck a marriage license ig?💀) since we see them talking at the beach after, but I do think this will give them more time to reflect and decide to get together. I also think this is when they will reveal that they both had the same fake partner plan.

After Quinn leaves, Logan decides to propose to her again but in a way that is much more toned down. Only close friends are there this time around. I believe there are two proposals because 1. Zoey found out about their engagement over the phone. How could she been there, standing behind Quinn, if there aren't two separate proposals? 2. Logan is holding a tie in his hand when he proposes. Throughout the entirety of the trailer, he wears a suit and tie (even at the bar. Bleh!). Taking the tie off to propose is symbolic. It's him trying to meet Quinn where she's at.

As you can see in the trailer, Quinn says yes. They actually get married, everyone dances, and they live happily ever after. THE END.

Aph and Katelyn went to the same college while KC went to it's sister college, which specialized more in magicks. There she met Michi and June (yes, minigame-exclusive June, i like her design okay) at a mefi'wa sorority

Garroth is shy like his Side Stories persona and met Laurance in college, they were roommates their entire time there. When they met, Garroth was a complete recluse and it took a lot of effort on Laurance's part to get him to go out more often. Post-college they both live together while they try to get their careers afloat

Laurance works as a barista and a part-time bartender, using his flirtatious charms to get better tips (works very well) and settle down angry customers (does NOT work very well)

Ultima stuff isn't canon anymore, but Aaron uses a bandana to hide his face initially because he's actually an ex-child actor that came out in a god-awful controversial cereal commercial that his father's entertainment company produced, which has caused him trouble to this very day

Aaron works as a security guard

KC is a complete girlfailure and Travis is a suave but hopeless loser. The two of them have really poor love lives

Dante and Nicole are dating, they met at the martial arts dojo she teaches at and he fell for her after she flipped him upside down during a demonstration to the class

Lucinda runs an etsy-like potion shop, no refunds or returns

Michi runs an etsy-like shop where she sells curses, hexes, and spells

Vylad travels all the time and only really talks to his mom and Garroth

Zane is a trust fund baby magic artifact scholar that jumps from job to job after discovering that his degree turned out to be useless. He's a compulsive blackmailer is the only member of the HOA in the neighborhood

Garroth has been estranged from his dad family for the past 2 years due to taking off with his trust fund money after college instead of taking over the family business like he was supposed to. His dad is still trying to track him down

Zane frequently blackmails Garroth

Sasha is more gloomy and goth, has been fired from several potion shops due to her poor potion making skills. It's not that she can't make potions that work, she just can't ever seem to make them work the way she intended them to (she always ends up substituting ingredients)

Zoey moves into the neighborhood sometime after Aphmau does (because it'd be cool to add her to mystreet :D)

Cadenza lives in the bigger city and is a successful seamstress and works for a high-end fashion company

Katelyn is more cold and awkward like her earlier personality, but she still doesn't take crap from nobody

Dante knows Garroth and Laurance through Nicole, who knows them since she used to be friends with Garroth when they were kids (although they only met again very recently)

KC, Michi, and June all like to make dolls and modify dolls. KC specializes in ball-jointed dolls, Michi in plastic/fashion dolls, and June in plushies

Aph, Katelyn, KC, Garroth, Laurance, Dante, Nicole, Aaron, Zane, and Zoey all live in the same neighborhood

Lucinda, Travis, Michi, June, all live elsewhere. Michi and June share an apartment, but June mostly stays with her parents while Michi has free reign of the space

KC will still be named Nana, but to keep the idea of her fake name she'll initially go by either her middle name or just doesn't name herself after a in-universe popular manga character bc how would she have not been bullied relentlessly for that. Like imagine if Garroth changed his name to Naruto

that aside i feel like the thing that made me the happiest about the movie is the fact that quinn and logan feel so settled esp quinn. like she used to try so hard to feel accepted within the group and had so many hopes and fears about romance and it's like none of that is even a care anymore. like yes quinn has been a science nerd her whole life but i think back then a part of her was willing to play into the dress-up aspect of a romance bc that's what a romance has always been purported to be for women (and another part of her was also probably trying to live out the romance she thought she deserved in the wake of the mark breakup). so to see her actually get married in nothing but a t-shirt and lab coat while logan wore a t-shirt with a faux tux design on it was so good. they didn't have to conform to any silly standards of romance or marriage bc they never needed to to begin with. quinn and logan are so comfortable in their love for each other and in their life and idk i really love it like everything was so new and uncertain and awkward in season four but they're so seamless around each other now (ty erin and matt) and it's wonderful to see truly what the best zoey 101 couple deserves

Hot take I liked All-Stars

obviously it could’ve been WAY better but it wasn’t that bad? To me personally. I do have my complaints though

Like how did it not click in her brain sooner that Mike could’ve been Mal most of the time. I mean DUNCAN EVEN TOLD HER and she didn’t realize till the last few episodes. Like yeah , it might throw you off that he still seems nice but if you opened your eyes a bit more you would be able to see that he keeps sabotaging challenges (and Mike wouldn’t do that, so that means he’s not Mike)

Speaking of Mal, I like him as a concept. I like the idea of Mike having this really tough villainy side to him like idk I like it. But how Mal was written/executed was so bad

My man went to JUVIE I should be able to take him seriously but I didn’t a single time. He was funny to me I LAUGHED AT HIM

Unless Mike did something horrible on accident and got sent to Juvie and Mal was created to help him during this time, I’m gonna assume that he was made before that, and Mal did something bad. He should’ve done something actually threatening to the cast and challenges. Like what all he did was break some stuff and sabotaged challenges. Anyone could’ve done that. I’m pretty sure others have done worse.

Now moving onto Duncan, he tried WAY to hard to be bad. Like, ik you don’t like being seen as softie goody two shoes but like, Cmon man

Yes! I love giving random hcs! A lot of them were self-ship related.

-Tenko has the same sensitivity to sugar that I do: too much of it, especially on an empty stomach, makes her cranky.

-Kazuichi hates sugar-free stuff bc the substitute makes her stomach hurt. She also likes sugary stuff but that's a reason she dislikes sugar-free things. On the other hand, Zoey likes to snack on sugar-free stuff (bc of the sugar sensitivity) so they both have to pay attention to box labels before eating a bunch of popsicles or whatever.

-This one is sad: Kazuichi's mom died when she was a baby, and the times she mentions "parents" she is trying to make her home life look more normal (and the occasional story about her grandmother has her referenced as "Mom"). This feeds into her feelings about being fake. :(

-Kazuichi has built and fixed a lot of stuff over time but she cant conjure a list in her head of all of it, so she brags about being a great mechanic and offers to fix things right now to subconsciously make up for not being able to give all the examples.

-Kazuichi and Zoey both went through a time of not wearing their glasses, and when they showed each other their glasses they had almost the same black frames. This is why they got pink and blue glasses when they start wearing glasses again, so that they dont mix them up.

-Kazuichi knew she liked boys first, and when she had her first crush on a girl in middle school she was like "Oh! I actually do like girls! Im finally straight after all!" This was followed by being attracted to mostly boys, with some girls in between. Before she learns about the words bi and pan, she explains this to Zoey as "sometimes I switch to being straight and sometimes I switch to being gay? Im not doing it on purpose, I swear!"

-Being muscular-types, Kazuichi and Tenko have been insecure about not being cute or girly enough, but seeing each other makes them more confident.

-Miu calls Tenko "Lesbo" (and "Stenko" if she wants to piss Tenko off), Zoey "Bubblebutt," and Kazuichi "Pipsqueek."

-Ironically, Miu knowing Kazuichi and Zoey were dating each other made Miu more relaxed around both of them, made it easier to trust that they weren't just trying to get into Miu's pants... and then Miu started falling for both of them as she got to know them.

-Still planning a lot of details out with dating Yasuhiro, but Zoey wanted to learn more about its gut feeling/intuition power, which is how it started hanging out with Hiro.

-When Zoey brought up the possibility of dating Hiro, Kazuichi and Tenko both didnt trust Hiro, but Miu surprised Zoey by saying to go for it. Miu had somewhat of a friendship with Hiro at this point, though they started off with a lot of bickering. The most awkward hurdle was that this was the first girlfriend who was in the poly group and wasnt dating all of them, though they all ended up falling for Hiro at some point.

Mariana just kinda appeared outta nowhere and Juanita got left at his door and as the Lord of the Quesadilla Village he just fuckin' had to keep her until he found her mother

on said adventure he meets this very pretty guy who for reason has really long green hair and pieces of slime on him like HUH? AND HE'S FLIRTING WITH HIM?? AND HE COMES OVER TO VOUCH FOR HIS INNOCENCE ALONG WITH HIS OWN KNIGHT FOOLISH?

okay and now he has a fucking Wyvern and offered to give him a ride? fuck yesss, but honestly even if he wants to jump this man's bones like every other bitch but he has a kid to take care of! and a village! also Foolish is kinda hot and Charlie is a knight for another village

Mariana just looks like his normal self, some people question the outfit but he doesn't really know either

Charlie's outfit is exactly like Laurance's, but his hair is Green because his childhood friend, aka. Wilbur Soot, and who he considers his brother, dyed his hair and disappeared before he could change it back

Charlie ended up having to take care of Tallulah, Wilbur's daughter. Phil, the new Lord of Meteli also takes care of her and his other son, Chayanne. Missa is his guard.

Quackity takes Sasha's role, having died and turning into a Shadow Knight. Tilín disappeared after his death and Charlie is still working on trying to find them.

when Mariana goes to save the Chicken Shaman, aka. Maximus, Charlie sacrifices himself to save them, hoping for Maximus to turn Wilbur back to himself

he gets raptured and turned into a Shadow Knight, where he sees Quackity as Sasha, Luzu as Gene and someone else (i have yet to figure out who should be Vylad. )

Mariana is honestly fucking devastated that Charlie is in the Nether with no help and no way to come back, until he sees him while on a trip with Juanita. Charlie wanted to reach out to Mariana and hug him and kiss him, but he couldn't. the rage imbued in him by the Shadow Lord making it also impossible from pulling out his sword and gutting Mariana, the last Lord he served. but seeing little Juana there, staring at him with big bright eyes and a smile, reminded him of Tilín and Tallulah. it broke his heart and he fled, afraid of hurting the poor child.

when Mariana later finds Charlie, blind, hurt and nearly on death's door with the wyvern, Cucurucho (yes Cucurucho bc qCharlie's interactions with it are funny and adorable and sad) suddenly turned dark and disappearing

Wilbur, now turned normal thanks to the combined efforts of Vegetta (Zoey) and Cellbit (Kawaii-Chan), came to visit and Mariana left to give them space, but thennnnnnn

the High Priest, Rubius, is outside his tattered house which was blown up by Leo (Zenix) while he was on his adventure for the mother of Juanita. threatening Charlie

now misc facts about this version of this AU go! -> Charlie is a slime elemental and human hybrid. Mariana is still Lady Irene and i guess a reincarnation? Aaron doesn't exist in this version. the Backflippo family is one of the few who stayed at the village. Charlie is one of the few people who are capable of fighting off the bandits easily, along with the help of Juanaflippa, but he has to he away to keep getting more resources and food to keep everything ok and running

Mariana starts a garden at the wish of Juanita, giving them to Charlie to sell and Juana to make crowns of and press them. he farms as well and makes sure everyone stays healthy, rasing Juanita while Charlie is off doing business and exchanging letters with him almost every single day, sending them talking about their days and how they're doing while away

She definitely starts a lot of fandom discourse related to that hybrid princess show she likes bc shes too passionate Abt her ships and stuff. (THIS FEELS SO RANDOM TO THROW IN SORRY).

She seems to care a lot about things going her way and others going along w whatever she wants (?)

Watched the the new Zoey 101 movie (guilty) and I thought it was fine. I really think if they wrote a couple things a little differently it would’ve been better:

Like Quinn being overwhelmed by the wedding preparation because she’s never thought about having a big wedding but ofc Logan has, that all makes sense and I hear what she’s saying but I don’t really see what she’s saying. In terms of storytelling and film making, I feel like they should’ve dramatisized everything more. Like the life sized cakes was the only thing that seemed over the top and I can see how that’s a little much but nowhere else did it seem like Logan was making more of a “spectacle than making it meaningful”.

They should’ve run more with the sight gags like those cakes because as the wedding ends up looking just very plain (not a diss) but very classy and elegant looking. Even Quinn’s dress is so simple but beautiful.

It’s a small venue, the wedding colors are green, black, and white. Very simple. Some flowers here and there.

I guess Lyric was one of those overwhelming gags also to emphasize how “over the top” all this is but that’s her “gift” to them, she’s Quinn’s sister in law and they’ve known each other for nearly 15 yrs so why are we overwhelmed with something that should be normal coming from her ???

(p.s. unpopular opinion: I liked Lyrics’ song, the melody was great, the lyrics eh, but I like the line “she’s in her wedding dress and he’s hoping she’ll say yes”; very Quogan, very “She’s everything, He’s just Ken”.)

Anyway moving away from Quogan: Michael. Literally what is the point of taking one of the main main characters who bothered to return for this reboot, and having them lose their voice so they can’t speak for half the movie. You might say it’s due to controversy but if they cared about controversies, they wouldn’t have done this movie at all 🤷🏻‍♀️.

Stacey & Mark: to preface: personally I loved Stacey in the original and Mark is…Mark 🤷🏻‍♀️. I kinda wish they had mentioned Stacy’s original obsession with Logan in the series, I think that could’ve been fun if they worked that in somehow. They did mention Mark & Quinn dating but (ins how everyone feels about this) I would’ve liked if Mark had regret about dump—breaking up with (😅) Quinn and was holding a torch for her or something because again: she’s everything. The whole dynamic of Quogan and Stark being couple besties…wasn’t the vibe imo. The whole thing of Stacey interrupting the wedding bcs she’s obsessed with murder mysteries like since when?? How did that happen?? WHERE ARE THE COTTEN SWABS AND WHITE GLUE!!!!!? You’re gonna tell me a friend officiating their 2 friends wedding doesn’t think to turn off their notifications when they’re reading the nuptials off their phone during said wedding like—?? Especially when one of her announcements was for everyone to silence their phones????!

Speaking of phones out during the wedding: Zoey.

I mean…it’s Zoey (JLS) who’s surprised that this, the most special of days has to be made about her and her really weird and sad desire to go back to PCA. Also it’s really weird to me how that was the solution to the wedding being ruined when literally she’s the only one feigning to go back, the others are doing great and are cool being done with that. They look back fondly, not longingly, so idk why it was played like getting married at PCA is somehow Quinn’s dream and the solution to their problem. And if we do go back and have the Quogan wedding there, HOW ARE WE NOT GONNA INCLUDE THEIR BENCH!!!!? I mean maybe the group didn’t know about it, maybe, but Logan definitely would and speaking of Logan.

Nothing much wrong with him in the film tbh, he was so husband it was great actually, but what the hell was that line?? They’ve been together, again, almost 15 years. There is 0 chance he doesn’t know to talk to her if they’re having a problem. To be fair tho, I think the implication was that in the hustle and bustle and over the top ness of the wedding he lost sight of them as a couple and how their dynamic works and that’s why Quinn was upset but like, really?? all Zoey has to say is “have you tried just talking to her” and he remembers that that’s what they do…?? Okay.

Anyway, I think we all agree a Quogan movie would’ve been better. 😊😊

I really don't think he does, despite whatever the movie will try to make us believe.

Logan loves Quinn more than anything, he seems devoted to her and would only want to make her happy. No boyfriend that love his girl so much would like a girl who is a terrible friend to her. There's no way Logan keeps liking her after all she is going to put Quinn through on the wedding. And yes, he would be so real for that bc Zoey fucking sucks, man and it's about time someone on that group realizes it.

Plus, Logan has all the reasons to dislike Zoey, she was way out of line with him a lot of times during the show. Obviously the narration would never put her as the antagonist and he always ended up forgiving her, or forgetting about it, or people would be on her side so he would just drop it. But I like to believe in the last 15 years he just has had enough and just pretended to like her for Quinn's sake.

I would love if the think that makes him go off is Zoey upsetting Quinn. Like, look at his face:

my man is done, bet he didn't even want her on the wedding but put up with it for Quinn.

I don't think there's a scene on the trailer where he looks happy to see Zoey, now that I think of it.

TL;DR: No man who loves his girl as much as Logan loves Quinn would like a friend like Zoey, no matter what the movie would have you believe.
